We always encourage people to pick the phone up and call us with any concerns that you may have. We are here to help where we can, and are always happy to receive feedback to help us improve our service to you.
If you think there’s something more that we can do as a business, please do let us know. This gives us the opportunity to work with you to make things right. We can only assist in a complaint if we know there is a problem in the first place. We Trade Price Car’s as your supplying dealer have a duty to our customer’s and we strive to adhere to Treating Customers Fairly at all times. Please contact us before seeking any additional advice. We will always investigate and complaints raised in a timely and efficient manner. Any complaint processed through the outlined procedures will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will aim to resolve any concern’s as quickly as possible, if you are dissatisfied with our final response or the update we provide within 8 weeks we have provided contact details for the Financial Ombudsman Service and Citizens Advice Bureau.
